At Paris Fashion Week, Saucony returned with “Coded Together,” a dual-space activation that merged retail strategy with cultural storytelling. I helped shape the creative direction and experience design across both a B2B showroom and a B2C “Sync Space” that immersed 1,500+ guests in Saucony’s coded culture.

The build featured a matcha cart, UV customization, live DJ sets, collaborator showcases, and community runs, all anchored by an interactive depth-scan portrait booth I engineered using TouchDesigner and custom Python scripting. This hands-on integration allowed guests to capture futuristic portraits, complete with branded overlays and automated delivery, blending fashion and technology in real time.

The result was a fully activated ecosystem that connected style, performance, and community. Every touchpoint was designed for participation, leading to 884K+ social impressions, 124 press placements, $944K in revenue booked, and new retail accounts with Dover Street Market and H Lorenzo. Paris became both a cultural statement and a commercial win, proving Saucony’s place at the intersection of sport, style, and innovation.
